What is an active contact?

An active contact is any customer profile in AiTrillion that you choose to engage with through emails, SMS, push notifications, or loyalty features. Pricing is based only on these active contacts.

How do contacts become active?

When you first connect your store (e.g., Shopify), all imported contacts are inactive by default. You can then manually activate the customers you want to reach.
However, any pre-existing customers imported from Shopify will be automatically marked as active if they perform any of the following actions:
- Make a purchase
- Leave a review
- Sign up as an affiliate
- Earn or redeem loyalty points
- Fill out a form or popup

How does AiTrillion’s order-based billing work?

With order-based billing, your charges are determined by the total number of orders your store receives each month. You can estimate your pricing by selecting your expected monthly order volume in the pricing section above.

How does plan upgrade work in order-based pricing?

You can manually upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page. If you exceed your monthly order limit and don’t upgrade, a charge of $20 per additional 50 orders will automatically apply.

What happens if my store reaches 500 orders per month in order based plan?

Once you exceed 500 orders per month, we recommend reaching out to our sales team to explore options like contact-based, enterprise, or custom plans that better suit your scale. Otherwise, an additional $20 will be charged for every 50 orders beyond your current limit.

What does AiTrillion Full product suite pricing plan include?

The AiTrillion Full product suite pricing plans include access to all modules, encompassing both basic and premium features, for all active contact ranges.

What does AiTrillion Based on module pricing plan include?

The AiTrillion Module based plan offers the flexibility to select a plan based on the number of modules needed, including features as detailed in the plan description above. Additionally, all Module-Based Plans include Email, SMS, and Workflow Automation by default.

What does my pricing plan include?

The AiTrillion pricing plans include features as outlined in the plan description given above.

What if I need more Email/SMS/Web Push?

No problem! You can subscribe to Additional blocks by logging into AiTrillion and going to the Billing Information section that is under your initials. You can then subscribe for additional of Email/SMS & Push from the Buy additional blocks section.

What payment methods does AiTrillion accept?

AiTrillion allows you to pay using your Credit Card or through Shopify charge approval. If you opt for Shopify charge approval, you'll receive a monthly invoice from Shopify for the charges under 'App Charges'.

Is there customized pricing available?

Do you offer setup & migration?

Sellers on Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans will receive exclusive assistance from our dedicated customer success team for personalized migration support. I just downloaded AiTrilion. Now what?

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription from the Billing page. Go to your Billing page, You will then see a cancel subscription button at the bottom right, however we recommend a discussion with our team first. There is nothing that cannot be sorted and we are here to help!

How do I get support and training?

You can get support by emailing support@aitrillion.com. You can also use our live chat from the website or inside the AiTrillion app. You can also book a Zoom call by going to www.aitrillion.com/support. The TAT for support is 24 hours with limited support on weekends and holidays. You can also access our resources and helpdesk on www.aitrillion.com
