How to apply the BFCM discount?

What is an active contact?

An active contact is any customer profile in AiTrillion that you choose to engage with through emails, SMS, push notifications, or loyalty features. Pricing is based only on these active contacts.

How do contacts become active?

When you first connect your store (e.g., Shopify), all imported contacts are inactive by default. You can then manually activate the customers you want to reach.
However, any pre-existing customers imported from Shopify will be automatically marked as active if they perform any of the following actions:
- Make a purchase
- Leave a review
- Sign up as an affiliate
- Earn or redeem loyalty points
- Fill out a form or popup

Do all my store contacts count as active automatically?

No. Only the customers you activate—or those who perform the above listed activities—will count as active. This ensures you only pay for contacts you actually engage.

Can I change a contact’s status later?

Yes. You can activate or deactivate contacts anytime based on your needs.

Why does AiTrillion use active contacts instead of total contacts?

This way, you only pay for the customers you’re actively engaging with—making the pricing fair and scalable as your business grows.

What happens if I exceed my active contact limit?

If you exceed your active contact limit, additional contacts will be billed at a prorated rate—$10 per 1,000 contacts per month on the Monthly plan, or $120 per 1,000 contacts per year on the Annual plan.

How does AiTrillion’s order-based billing work?

With order-based billing, your charges are determined by the total number of orders your store receives each month. You can estimate your pricing by selecting your expected monthly order volume in the pricing section above.

What happens if my store reaches 500 orders per month in order order-based plan?

If your store processes more than 500 orders per month, we recommend reaching out to our sales team to explore custom plans, such as contact-based or enterprise solutions. Otherwise, a charge of $15 will apply for every additional 50 orders beyond the monthly limit.

Do all orders count toward the limit?

Yes. All store orders—both online and offline—count toward your monthly order limit, even if an order is later canceled or refunded.

How does plan upgrade work in order-based pricing?

You can manually upgrade your plan at any time from the pricing page. If you exceed your monthly order limit and don’t upgrade, a charge of the additional order will automatically apply as described on the plan above.

What does my pricing plan include?

The AiTrillion pricing plans include features as outlined in the plan description given above.

Can I get custom pricing for one or more specific modules instead of the full suite?

Yes. We offer custom pricing for individual modules based on your needs. Please contact our sales team to discuss a tailored package that fits your requirements.

What if I need more Email/SMS/Web Push?

No problem! You can subscribe to Additional blocks by logging into AiTrillion and going to the Billing Information section that is under your initials. You can then subscribe for additional of Email/SMS & Push from the Buy additional blocks section.
